SuperDOM not displaying L2 data

    SuperDOM not displaying L2 data

    My broker is NT. I have a free account plan with NT using NT8. I am subscribed to Order Flow+, Multi Broker Add On and CME Bundled Level 2 Data. When I open SuperDOM I dont see L2 data, there is only one line of data. See below. What am I missing?​

    Hello curtly,

    Can you please right click in the SuperDOM and select 'Properties'. Make sure 'Show market depth' is enabled and click OK.

    If the issue remains, please send me an email from within NinjaTrader Desktop as per the instructions below.
    • Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
    • Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
    • Enter "Att Jason, 04164677" in the "Subject" field
    • Enter any text under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry'.
    • Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
    • Click Send​

        Can you please send us an email to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" including your log and trace files. You can attach the log and trace files using the instructions below.
        • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E). Then navigate to the "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Attach the 2 compressed folders in your email
        • Enter "Att Jason, 04164677" in the "Subject" field
        • Once you sent the email, you can delete the compressed folders

          Ive sent the email through NT8, I think my firewall was the problem.
