Can you please confirm that Micro Crude Oil futures contracts have a $1 tick value and $100 point value?
If there are 4 ticks in a point, how is this correct?

'Ticks per point' is not a static value, it can vary for each instrument.

EDIT:
What I mean is, it's not 'static' across the entire exchange, each
instrument can have a different 'ticks per point' -- but once decided,
that specific instrument's 'ticks per point' is absolutely considered
a constant value of that instrument.

Even your logic assumptions are wrong.

ES has 4 ticks per point.

CL has 100 ticks per point.

Don't you think MCL is more likely to follow CL than ES?

There are certainly not four ticks in a point "in general". That may be true of ES but not of CL.
