Ninjatrader doesn't run

Hi. I have just updated my platform to the latest version of NT and now, when I run the applications it doesn't do anything.

Can you help me, please?

Do you receive any sort of error when trying to launch the platform? If so, what does the error indicate?

Please email support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and attach your log and trace files so we may troubleshoot your platform.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response:

• Go to your computer's File Explorer (Windows Key + E) then navigate to the Documents/NinjaTrader 8 folder.
• Left-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders to highlight them, then right-click and select 'Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder'.
• Send the two compressed folders as attachments to your email.
