Close on Daily Chart vs. "Same" End of Day Close on Minute Charts

I can't figure out how to use the advanced search to find an exact phrase, so this may have been answered, but I can't find it (too many posts containing the word Close).
Can someone explain why the Close on the daily chart is typically different from that same end of day Close on minute charts?
Also, if some knows how to force the search engine to find an exact phrase, I'd love to know how to do that.

Hello,

Close values on daily bars are provided directly from the data provider, while minute charts use the actual minute data that is loaded to the chart. Typically data providers use the settlement value for the close value, which can vary from the last price posted on a minute chart.
