Can't sign in to update NT

I've tried to update NT per the recent announcement, but NT doesn't recognize my username, password, or email address. However, the username and password did work to allow me to post on this forum. It seems updates are done a little differently now, and I'm not sure how to get it done. Of course, I can send you my license key if required. Thanks!

Please note your forum login is not tied to your account, so it's unlikely these would match. The username/password you would use to login to the account dashboard should be the same credentials you have to enter to launch the platform.
