orders filling on their own

hello. im placing a stop limit order with a stop loss attached. it seems like when the order is filled and the stop is hit. instead of just closing the trade. NT is opening a trade in the opposite direction to my original trade. can anyone help please...@

For items that related order submission like this, please contact us via email. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support in the platform.

In the body of email, please provide a brief description of the problem and, if possible, the specific Order ID and time that this last occurred. Please also ensure that 'Log and Trace Files' is checked (it is by default).
