Issues NT8 and IBKR connection

Hello,

Im having some problem to load chart in ninja. The data is received from IBGateway. I used any version, 10.19, 10.23, 10.26. Mi NT8 version is 8.1.1.7 64-bit, multibroker. Multi provider is activated. Every setting is like the online guide. Im receiving data, I can see bid and aks moving in cart trader, but chart is loading for hours and nothing. If I open the TWS everything is ok, I have data, live data. I tried to connect via TWS, using the poeper port, etc, and all the same, data received but nothing on chart.
