issue with data from FXCM connection with NinjaTrader 8

i'm using dtorderflowbars indicator, with FXCM it shows only the bid side of the candle when i use the bi-ask data from the indicator settings, i contacted the FXCM they said that they provide all the bid ask data and i should contact you guys,Yesterday i Tried tradovate connection, candles wer having all the bid and ask data from their feed, im new to this platfrom please tell me what should i do to fix this

I suspect the dtorderflowbars indicator can't be used for forex. Can you please contact the vendor of this indicator and check if their indicator works with forex.

The indicator looks similar to the Order Flow Volumetric bars. See the link below (copy and paste the link without quotations)

Forex spot data charting is traditionally driven from the bid side only, since no 'true' last exists. Provided values would not represent a centralized auction based market as with stocks or futures - as such Order Flow Volumetric Bars would not be supported on Forex spot data.
