You might want to sort this out - as of Mar 2025, City Index in the UK has no ability (or desire it's difficult to say which) to connect into NinjaTrader. What gets me is that we, the customers, are running around trying to sort this out and nobody on either side really seems that bothered. Have you ever tried to open a brokerage account in this day and age?

Unfortunately UK accounts from City Index are not supported with NinjaTrader Desktop.
