Can't see chart even though tried switching Future instrument (NQ, ES, etc.)

My chart is like below for no reason. I have tried to reinstall it but there has been no help. I'm using version 8.0.27.0. I'm currently connecting to Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage to use Apex. I have tried checking Log too but it shows no error. How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

My first suggestion would be to update to our current 8.1.2.1 version, as this includes several bug fixes and features that were introduced since this version was released over a year ago.
