In the past when I had a strategy running on a desktop, in certain circumstances, the strategy would become disabled for whatever reason and if it used managed orders, by default the strategy would send out cancel order requests for both the live orders and the stop losses down to the exchange but the exchange would not always successfully cancel one or more of the orders. In those cases I would have to call the brokerage desk and have them manually close out all of the orders.
My question is: Now that there is a Ninjatrader phone app, can I use the app to close out the orders that were executed from the strategy that became disabled instead of calling the brokerage desk ?
Thanks,
Jeremy
