Unable to start the Ninjatrader Desktop

Hello. Below is a screenshot of what happens when I start Ninjatrader. I uninstalled and installed the latest version. I then uninstalled and installed the previous version. Generating the same error. Unfortunately, I don't know how to expand this to see what the error is saying. Please help.

Im also having trouble opening the desktop application. Im not receiving any notification. Its not opening at all.
