My document's Tmp file doesn't populate, I've tried installing multiple different versions of NinjaTrader on different computers and I continuously get the same thing, first install the tmp file populates then stops populating on the next startup. This is happening on win10 and win11. Could anyone please give me some advice?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of what tmp file you are referring to.
Do you receive a specific error message referring to this file? If so, could you post a screenshot of the error?
