Unable to send email

Hi,
I tried to open a support ticket via email because the share service gmail did not work and i receive this error:





I think that the 2 problems are linked...
NT version is 8.1.1.2

NinjaTrader 8.1.1.2 might no longer be able to access our servers. Could you test whether this still occurs with the current 8.1.2.0 version?

If you still experience issues with this version, please follow the steps below instead:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email:
  • support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
