    Turned off audio, but still getting "target filled"

    I have audio turned off, but I still keep getting "target filled" when price reaches my take profit. Can you recommend something I could check to see if I can get it turned off?

    Thank you for your post.

    If you are using NinjaTrader Desktop, please navigate to Control Center->Tools->Options->General.
    Then remove the file by clicking on "x" in a field next to "Order filled" and click "Apply", as shown below:

      Hello.

      I removed all sounds from the General options and still get "target filled" audio. How can I stop this?
      This is with the latest download 8.1.2.1
      I had it turned off before and it worked. This version isn't.

        Thank you for your post.

        Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

          I seem to have the same problem, i have disabled all the sounds and still getting target filled when price hits my target. I have the latest version too. ​

            NinjaTrader_Oxana / JonathanSTrader , I'm seeing this too. Was there a resolution that you can share?

              No, Ninja Trader Support just closed the ticket. Thank you for the heads up, I will try it and let you know if it worked, currently just changed it, but will need to wait for a trade to confirm success. Thanks and appreciate the proposal for fix.
