The following error will display in the log tab of the control center when trying to connect:
The remote server returned an error: (520).'
Some users have also reported they now see an error indicating their account is not authorized to use with NinjaTrader. If you are seeing this error please reach out to FXCM to ensure your account is setup to use the NinjaTrader Platform, as well as is not setup as a hedging account.
Unfortunately we do not have a timeline from FXCM as to when this will be resolved at this time.
