Problems with APEX Connection

Dear support.


My ninja trader was perfect, with an Apex Subscription (25K 4 Contracts Rithmic, Live Trailing Threshold -$1500)... Then I decided to get abother Apex Subscription (the new one is a 100K Static 2 Minis / 20 Micros Rithmic , Static Drawdown -625 ). Now I have 2 Apex Subscriptions....

After the purchase, I can not connect to Mt Rithmic For NinjaTrader Brokerage... I get the message: " my rithmic for ninjatrader brokerage: please check your account connection parameters and internet connection (Logon Failed)"

I already uninstalled the Ninja Trader program, followed step by step as requested on the new email received from apex (after the new subscription), that includes: import a license key, download ninja trader (newest version), install it... adjust the Option, configured a Connection (exactly as resquested)... I did all the steps TWICE, and I get the same error message.

Could someone please help me to solve it ?
