Below a screenshot from the FXCM program which shows rates for a given UTC date/time range.
My time zone is CET [+1 hour].
This means, a rate for 16:00 UTC should be 17:00 CET. The fact is, NT 7 [64-bit 7.0.1000.39] shows it at 17:10 - I found out, this is always the "size" of 1 bar - in my case: 10 min. NT uses the local time, which is - as mentioned above - CET.
What is going on, how can I fix it? I have set FXCM as the history server - other screenshot.
Thank you, Peter
This are the rates delivered directly from FXCM for a sample date/time.
NT should show these rates at 17:00, but it shows it for 17:10, what is definitely wrong. The rates [bid open, bid high, bid low, bid close] are the same and prove the correct bar is checked.
