Tick Index issue

Hello,

I have added TICK index on my ES chart but there is nothing there until the after the US close. I am subscribed to CME Top of the Book Level 1 Data and to Dow Jones & Key Indices Top of Book Level 1 Data.
Do I need another subscription and if not why I get nothing in the TICK index window?

Hello,
Thank you for your post.

If you've subscribed to Dow & Key Index Market data, you should be able to receive ^TICK (NYSE TICK Index) data. With the CME Market data subscription, you should be able to receive ES 12-23 data.

Please make sure to restart NinjaTrader, get connected and open a new 1 minute ES 12-23 (or ^TICK) chart without templates or indicators.

If you are still not getting data, please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
