Pan function not working with Ctrl + Left click

Encountered an issue on NT8 charts, on loading today, I was unable to pan any of the charts ( y axis) by the method I have always used: Control key + left clicking Y axis and raising or lowering. All that happens at present when that is done, is the chart enlarges or shrinks vertically about a fixed point.

Any suggestions as to how to restore the corrrect function?

To quickly test does this same behavior occur on a newly created chart without any indicators or templates applied?

If the behavior does not occur then you may have a 3rd party indicator that is affecting the keyboard shortcuts or your previous chart has become corrupted in some way.

If the behavior does still occur then I would recommend restarting your computer once more to see if this still occurs. You may also try unplugging and replugging your keyboard in as it may be a hardware issue.
