Unable to install Ninja Trader 8

Hello,

I am not able to install Ninja Trader Desktop

Yesterday the pop up message was about the workspace folder that was empty ( and also today after reinstalling the software the folder is still empty)

Today this is the message that appears

Please follow steps below:

• Restart your PC
• Ensure that all available updates for your PC are installed from the Windows Settings > Update and Security page. Be sure to close NinjaTrader and restart your computer after any updates are installed.
• Ensure that you have the Documents\NinjaTrader 8 folder on the list of exceptions for your firewall, antivirus, or backup programs and software
• Search for "Controlled Folder Access" on your PC> Click on "Controlled Folder Access" > Turn "Controlled Folder Access" off.
• Try installing NinjaTrader again.

Please also make sure your computer meets all the requirements needed to use NinjaTrader Desktop: https://support.ninjatrader.com/s/ar...language=en_US

Impossible to install any version of NT without this type of errors
Windows 10 has been updated before I tried to reinstall NT8

Ok I solved the issue with this!

Search for "Controlled Folder Access" on your PC> Click on "Controlled Folder Access" > Turn "Controlled Folder Access" off.
