CQG not showing

I am not seeing CQG as an option to connect with my tradovate license, is it possible to connect using External or any other option from the menu?

Thank you for the message.

The CQG connection type is a special connection type that is only available to people who purchased a Lifetime License Key before March 11th, 2015.

If you didn't purchase a NinjaTrader Lifetime License Key before that date, then it is not possible to activate the CQG connection for the user.

• So, if you don't have a License Key from before March 11th, 2015, there is no way for you to get or use the CQG Connection.

If that is the case, you will need to reach back out to your broker directly and ask them how else you could access the account you have with them.
