NT8 - unable to see my dashboard or import my licence key

I logged into ninjatrader.com to view my dashboard. However, I cannot view it. I immediately get a page about "Getting started" (see attachment). I've had the account for years. So I clicked on additional options and tried importing my licence key that I bought through global futures years ago. However, I get a message "licence key could not be imported contact support". I have tried on muliple browsers and multiple computers. I keep getting the same thing. I also have a simm account with APEX. So I tried logging into that account and I could do so with no issues. Please help.

Please let us know the account you are logged into as well as the license key in question, we can then ensure it has been associated correctly.
