Error Message when starting

Hi,

When I try to Login I'm getting an error message popup that I never had before.

The message says: The secured image was created using a trial version of AgileDotNet and cannot run on this machine.

When I click ok on the message box it doesn't do anything and I can't login at all.

Thanks for posting.


Typically, this would relate to a custom add-on in use with the platform. When the vendor exported the add-on, they were using a Trial version of Agile.NET. Did you recently import any custom add-on's, or does the error name an add-on in it's messaging?

Thanks for your reply Drew. I was importing files from a trading software that has indicators and bots.
The error didn't name anything else besides Agile.NET

Does the platform continue to load after this error message? If so, do you see the same if you remove this recently installed add-on package? NinjaScript assemblies may be removed from the Control Center under Tools -> Remove NinjaScript Assembly.

if not, I'd like to review the platform's diagnostic files for more information. I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20231112.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
