    Rollover Issue

    each time I load NT8 I get asked this

    I click "Done" but it continues on each new load.

    also when I then look at database management I get

    but clicking "Rollover" has no effect?

    Thanks for your post.


    This would indicate that somewhere in your currently opened workspaces, ES JUN23 is in use. It could be an analytical window like a Chart or Market Analyzer, or an Order Entry window like a SuperDOM or Basic Entry.

    After rolling over, has the workspace been saved? This can be done under the Workspaces menu in the Control Center or via prompt when the platform shuts down.

      ES is not in use except ESDEC23 is on the selector list, but if it was in use, shouldn't it get rolled over? saving workspace doesn't fix the issue.

      after I "roll over" when I check database management (see above) its still there.

      tried reset and repair, is there some other way I can remove this (maybe edit a file?)

            did you receive the log/trace files ok?

            today NT8 rolled over MCL ok but this message still persists even though I'm not using ES.

              in \NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom folder I have

              what are these (in the black squares) and could this be the reason when loading NT8 I'm always getting asked to rollover ES?

              if I delete them they reappear when I re-load NT8

                Hello fingers

                These folders would not be related to this item and are intended for foreign language items. In this case, ES = Spanish.
