Importing tickdata from NT7 to NT8

I've done all by the book. Exported from NT7 as text file tick data: UTC, End of bars timestamp ..etc , the exported file is ok, but now at the moment to import it to NT8, under the same by-the-book procedure as told in the HelpGuide, choosing exactly the same parameters and options, it shows the following message: "0 data record successfully imported"

So, what do you suggest?

EDIT: I decided to export data from NT8 just to compare formats and I saw a detail not written in the helpguide, The file title. NT8 writes files as for example: EURUSD.Last.txt but exporting file from NT7 are done as: $EURUSD.Last.txt

Please correct your helpguide.

The correct file name is shown in the NinjaTrader 8 help guide under "Understanding import file and data formats" (Operations-->Historical Data-->Importing).

File Name
When using the NinjaTrader format, the name of the text file to be imported must be the NinjaTrader instrument name followed by a period and "Last", "Bid", or "Ask" depending on the data type. For example:

MSFT.Last.txt for Microsoft stock last price data
ES 12-09.Bid.txt for the S&P E-mini December contract bid price data
EURUSD.Ask.txt for the Euro/U.S. dollar currency pair ask price data

NinjaTrader 8 does not use the "$" symbol in the file name for forex instruments. If you export historical data from NinjaTrader 7, please remove the "$" symbol from the file name before importing it in NinjaTrader 8.
