NT freezing

Hello, I've attached a jpeg of the error message I receive when NT freezes, this happens throughout the day. Can you give me guidance on how to fix, or avoid this?

Thank you for posting.

This error occurs when there is a process NT is trying to complete, and a write lock is attempting to be performed while the same thread is in a read lock state. So I may look into what may be causing this error further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
