Are we experiencing rithmic issues again? Rtrader pro or NinjaTrader will not log in.

As far as I am aware, everything is in working order. We also haven't received further reports at this time.
If you experience any issues connecting, please send us your log & trace files and we can best assist you further.
You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support
Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
