Unable to chart option chain

Hello,

I am attempting to chart an option in NT8. When I load the symbol, no data appears. I have attempted using a few different data providers (TD Ameritrade, IBKR, IQFeed), all with the same result.

As an example, I tried using the following symbol for this option today from SPY:

SPY_110623P435 231106 P 435

I also tried downloading the historical data first under Tools > Historical Data, with the same result.

Are there any steps I am missing, or something I should be doing differently, to chart the price activity of an individual option?

Could you send us your log & trace files? We could then take a closer look at the reported errors and why the data would not appear.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note in the message referring to this post.
