Orderflow Volume Profile - Scaling Issue when Profile Type = Price

Is there anyway to fix the Orderflow Volume Profile - Scaling Issue when Profile Type = Price ?


Below Chart is 30 days, where Profile Type = Price, looks terrible and illegible.

If we zoom in, and just try to see 5 days only, it's also not displayed very well.

Thank you for the message.

When it comes to the Price Profile Type, this one can take some configuring to try and get the letters to be readable.

• The big thing is that there are so many individual price levels that the screen is having to scale the letters to be so small they are no longer readable:
  • Your chart shows from 4140 up to 4420. That is 240 Points or 1,120 different price levels the chart is having to represent.

Additionally, the Horizontal zoom can cause the letters to be so close and small that they lose shape as a letter and are represented by what looks like a line.


You could try changing the Order Flow Volume Profile's (OFVP) "Ticks per level" setting. This combines the levels and represents them as a single value.

You could also play around with the Horizontal and Vertical Scaling of the chart to try and get the Letters to display.

Zooming in can make it easier to see the letters.
