License Key Button Missing

Basically what the title says. My license key button is missing. I have multi-provider selected. I just want to re-enter my license key because my account is missing from the dashboard. I do not know if that will fix it but I would like to try.

Thank you for your post.

There is no license key within the new version of the NinjaTrader Desktop and all enablements are done on the username you use to login the platform.

You would need to login into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard and import your license key, following these instructions: https://support.ninjatrader.com/s/ar...language=en_US

Then restart the NinjaTrader platform for changes to apply.

If you have any further questions, please email us form the NinjaTrader platform (Help-> Email Support), so we can receive your log and trace files to see what username you are using to login.
