Real-Time Intraday Volatility Data for VXN and RVX

I have read through a couple of previous questions from a few years ago but none of them answer the question of how to get this real-time data when NT is the data provider.

NT is my broker and real-time data provider (CMEGROUP_DOM Plan).

I am able to get real-time data for ^VIX (SP500) and the ^DJIA (DOW).

However, I am unable to get real-time data for VXN (Nasdaq) and the RVX (Russell), and yes I tried with the ^ before the symbol, but still nothing.

I saw there was a VOLQ for the Nasdaq but nothing came up on the chart even when the Day time frame is selected.

I tried adding the instruments manually but that didn't work either.

How do I get real-time data for these 2 symbols?

Thanks for your note.

VOLQ, VXN, and RVX are not supported indicies through the CQG or NinjaTrader Continuum connections and an alternate data provider would be required.
