    I can't import my lifetime license key

    I've followed all the steps suggested by you in order to upgrade to NT8 last version from NT7. After installation and settings, I was gonna import my license but from the Dashboard, I got the message that my license cannot be imported: "The license key you entered could not be imported. Please contact support"

    Every time I try to enter into the dashboard with my account, searching for something related to plans or license, the dashboard menu gets fixed under :
    "https://account.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode" and it doesn't leave that address. I can't do anything to solve it. Please advise ASAP. I'm trying to set up my platform before Monday and I got a lot of more settings to do.

    Hello pstrusi,

    Can you please send us an email to "brokeragesupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" including your license key and the username you enter in the Account Dashboard.
