Margin Per Instrument - What Do the Headings Mean

Hi All

Another simple question I think but I just want to be clear before I start rocking and rolling on Ninja. Please can you run through what the different headings mean in relation to Risk and the Margin properties in the diagram attached. After I get comfortable I plan to trade 1 to 3 contracts at the same time.
