    In a Position and Disconnect?

    Im in a trade and ninja disconnected and i only get the yellow light now. So random out of nowhere. Any thoughts?
    Its not the end of the world cause its a 16 dollar apex account but i dont get why when it was working fine, then boom, gone

          NinjaTrader_Oxana is this just Apex/Rithmic issue? I trade with MES Capital with Rithmic and last 2 weeks I also have disconnects. While my CQG works just fine.

            Thank you for the note.

            You would need to reach out to MES Capital directly and verity if there are any issues with their Rithmic connection. As of now, we are only aware of the Apex/Rithimic outage.

            For assistance with the NinjaTrader platform, please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), plus attach a screenshot of what you see, so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

                ya Ive done everything, its been down 24 hours. I have no clue. Apex doesnt reply yet
                also, they took down the message about it being down, and my buddy 2 provinces over, its working for him. Im guessing its a problem at my end but I sure cant figure it out

                  well I give up on Apex support. Im going to switch to another prop, looking at Leeloo but will gladly take suggestions from people on here. Im in Canada if that matters and I only do futures of S&P 500
