Workspace file randomly vanished

I think my app crashed while I was afk, but when I load it again, my workspace is not available. When I check the files, it's also not there. It's not in the recovery folder either.

Does the recovery folder exit because of this?

It is possible the workspace was not fully saved if a crash occurred. Please follow the steps below, this should allow you to restore the workspace itself:

Sorry for the delay - I'm not sure what happened but I ended up just recreating it
