demo and sim account on desktop and mobile

I was wondering how do I link or add a sim account or demo account that can link on mobile and desktop app. I see that I have a demo account on my mobile account but don't see it on my desktop account and vice versa when I add a new sim account on the desktop app it wont show on the mobile, but it will show when I trade on via website. Is there a way to create an account for linking both of these devices?

Thank you very much for your post.

The only demo account that is accessible on all three platforms (NinjaTrader Web, Mobile, and Desktop) is the "NinjaTrader Demo" account.

To access this account, please ensure you are using NinjaTrader 8.1.2.0 and are using the "NinjaTrader", not the "NinjaTrader Continuum" connection type.

The "NinjaTrader" connection uses the same credentials as the NinjaTrader Dashboard, and would also support our new features, such as server-side ATM strategies, whereas the NinjaTrader Continuum connection requires its own username and password.

If you no longer have access to these credentials, you may also recover and reset them at the following address:

If you are using an older version, please follow the steps below to update:
