Configuring Alerts

Hi everyone,


I have four drawings on a one minute chart that are configured to give a sound alert when they are touched by a candle bar, but for some reason they only trigger sporadically. Ive scoured the forums, watched multiple Youtube videos and read the NinjaTrader manual for a solution, but to no avail. Did I configure the alert wrong or am I dealing with a bug? English is my third language, so maybe I just misunderstood the manual. Any help is appreciated. Below a screenshot of my Alert configuration.

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), plus attach a screenshot of your chart, so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
