Something is wrong - HELP

So I started NINJA Trafer platform - and the previous default workspace is gone -- I loaded a another saved workspace and it's all white background instead of black - where's the backup? Why is it all white?
My connections are missing.....and on kigin there a message about XABC Trading .... something about a NEWS app.
Do you want to load from a trusted source/ I said yes....
EVERYTHING is messed up....

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), plus attach a screenshot of what you see, so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
