Playback issue with historical data with daterange settings

Hi all,

I downloaded my historical data from my charts using one of the data connections we use.
Have been doing it as instructed on some videos.

I also see the data under the historical data window for NQ for example.

However if we connect to playback mode the window opens to play the market. But when we select historical data, it just shows 6 days in october to choose from.
What could be the issue here?





Hope somebody could send me in the right direction to fix this.
I tried many things but nothing seems to affect the available date range.

Thank you very much for your post.

It seems the issue is the data granularity that is available. As Minute data only contains 5 values for a 60-second timeframe (open, high, low, close, and volume), it does not provide the historical data that a reply requires. Only historical tick data can be used for a replay.

If you are trying to replay a contract that is traded through NinjaTrader, such as the NQ, I highly suggest downloading market replay data instead.

This is Level II-based data in tick granularity that was recorded during a live session and is available going back 90 days. By downloading e.g. 2 weeks of this data you would then also be able to replay Level II data, for example, if you are using order flow indicators.
