I accidently changed the time bar

I adjusting my charts and i moved the timestamp bar below the chart and is there a way to reset its scale/zoom?
The one in red box.

The little F doesn't appear or work on the horizontal scaling, for some reason.

Thank you for the update.

The little F only works for the Vertical Scale.

For the horizontal scale, you have to click into the horizontal time axis and drag left or right as desired to change that. There is no way to make it jump to a predetermined scaling.
