    Login Errors

    Anyone else having trouble logging in with NT desktop and on the website?

    My desktop disconnected and I have been unable to reconnect.

    On the website I receive this error. My password isn't that long.

    Yes, I was disconnected from one of my connections about 30 minutes ago, so I disconnected myself totally and restarted the program. Now, I can't even get past the initial verification page.

        Same problem here. No live data. It stop almost 30 minutes ago.

          Yes, actually the third attempt I got back into it. The main connection is working again, but still getting a "cannot connect to remote server" error when trying to connect to the SIM data connection. It will probably work again tomorrow.

            I was disconnected by the datafeed with this message, about 20 minutes ago

            Unable to connect to the remote server (Logon failed)

            and now I'm not able to reconnect

            EDIT: I'm back online, the datafeed is working

              Hello masilver,

              Thank you for your post.

              Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.
              • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
              • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
              • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
                • Please include 'ATTN Spencer' in the Subject line and a link to this forum post in the body of the email
              • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

                      ever since whatever happened earlier happened, the process to logon isn't the same and I can't get connected.
                      Usually, you click nt8, input your password, and then it takes you too a screen where you select live account or sim.
                      And THEN it takes you to your platform with data

                      But since earlier, it now takes you directly to the platform after inputting your password, and the only connection available is 'playback'

                          Hello all,

                          Thank you all for your posts.

                          Unfortunately, we experienced an outage with our Simulation servers.

                          This has since been resolved, if you have not done so already please restart NinjaTrader and attempt to log in again.

                            This morning, SIM is connecting, but Continuum is not connecting. The latter one is the important one.
