    NinjaTrader freezer in installation and uninstall

    Hello Ninja support,
    i´m trying to update my ninja trader to the latest version, but the installation is freezing not being able to do that. For second attempt i tried to uninstall the current version from my PC. And same problem happen. It freezes in the unistall screen. Is there something you can help ? Would like to avoid to reinstall the PC just because Ninja update problem.
    Actually have the version 8.0.27.1 64-bit hat runs without problem. I tried all versions available in plataform and none of them work.

    Thank you for your post.

    It's likely that your computer is unable to complete the installation and/or removal because of missing updates. Please ensure that there are no pending updates and install them if there are.


    Since you are using 8.0.27.1, you are welcome to update to 28.0 in the event that NT 8.1+ is not compatible with your system. You can find that version of NinjaTrader within the client dashboard as well.

      Hi LuisH, thanks for your reply.
      I´ve checked and win10 has the lastest updated in place. I just leaved the installing screen opened and after 30 minutes around it returned this message attached: Installer is no longer responding.
      I´ve tried all 3 versions available in the site, included 28.0. Any idea on this ? Also tested other softwares and the issue is only with Ninja.
