    Hello,

    Which version (NinjaTrader) is good in order to trade using Tradovate as a market data?

    ApexTraderFunding is offering NinjaTrader + Tradovate, and I need know about it.

    Thank you for your post.

    If you've received a Tradovate username from Apex to use with NinjaTrader Desktop, you can use the current version of the platform, which is 8.1.2.0.

    Minimum PC Requirements to use NinjaTrader 8 (Desktop) are listed here:


    To update to the latest version of NinjaTrader Desktop please follow the steps below.
    • Login into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard
    • Click "Download" in the bottom left-hand corner of the sidebar
    • Next select "Download" in the "Most Recent Release" Window in the main screen

        There is no direct link available.
        You would need to login into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard and click "Download" in the bottom left-hand corner of the sidebar.

          Hello Oxana!

          Let's suppos I upgrade version 8.0.28.0 to 8.1.2.0 !

          I'm not sure all my proprietary indicators are going to work good with version 8.1.2.0.
          In this case is there a way to "downgrade", or in other words, back to version 8.0.28.0 again?

            Before updating the platform, you can export a backup file with your settings, by going to NinjaTrader 8>Control Center>Tools>Export>Backup File.
            Please follow this link for more details:

            If needed, you can downgrade NinjaTrader to the prier release, by removing the latest release form "Add or Remove Programs" on your PC and installing the prier release.
