Loading data too slow or impossible

Hi,
From yesterday my workspace is very slow loading datas and sometimes i need to restart NT a lot of times.
At startup the charts are in this state:


It is very strange because I didn't do anything (no charts changes, no WIN updates...anything).
I have WIN 10 with latest release of NT.

Thank you for writing in.

As a basic test, you could try opening the platform in Safe Mode and test if the same thing keeps happening with just the Default NinjaTrader items loading in:

If the behavior continues or you want further help looking into this, it would be best to write to our support team directly so we can look into your log and trace files which may contain private information we don't want shared publicly in the forum.

Please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:

• Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
• To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
• Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
• Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
• Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
• Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
  • Send the email
