    Install on other computer

    I want to install NT on another computer (I have lifetime license). Ninja sent me an email saying I need new credentials setup for the current platform portal. When I click on the link I was sent to do that, it sends me to a Tradestation signup. Is that where I am to establish a new user and password to download the platform? This is the link I got from Ninja, each tab leads to Tradestation signup.

      Thanks for the reply Manfred but it's the same problem. I enter my email on that signup page and it says that my email is already registered (of course it is, I've had NT for years) and NT Support sends me the link I posted to sign up for credential on the new portal. So the link goes nowhere to solve the issue. If I need to create new credentials for the new portal, fine but I keep getting the run around trying to do so. In the past, we could simply go to Ninjatrader, download a SIM platform and put in our license to activate.
