ninja again still will not open. i never had this problem before.

Hello jackmzz,
Can you please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email, so I may investigate the issue. You can send the email to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com". Put 'Att Jason, 04110926' in the subject field of the email.- Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E). Then navigate to the Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders

I feel your tech struggle! When mine misbehaves, I go for the classic restart. If that doesn't ninja fix it, maybe check for any sneaky background apps causing trouble?
