    New updates New problems->Web version for trading and not the desktop

    Hi
    Just like the title, Im unable to access the desktop platform and when I login it directs me to web browser based trading which isnt what I'm trying to do. How do I login to the desktop platform?

    Some background I was having tech issues with an update (not NT8 related issues with the update). I've fixed the issues and reloaded everything and now I cant login.

    Thank you for the message.

    When opening the platform, click on Simulation to get it to open.

    Then, once it is opened, follow the guide below to enable Multi-Provider Mode:
    From here, restart NinjaTrader and sign back in and everything will be working like you are used to.

      Thats exactly what I needed. I literally opened and funded an account with NT brokerage and still couldn't figure out the multi-provider!

        Thank you for the update.

        The new 8.1 platform doesn't have a License Key box since we switched to the Account Plan system in this platform.

        Now, if a user has a License Key from before the new system, they just need to import/migrate it to their NinjaTrader Username and from there you are good to go. It only needs to be done once:

          Yes I figured it out (finally)

          Now how would I use my NinjaTrader Brokerage account that I funded to trade with?
