Market Analyzer

Hello,

I would like to ask how to select filter conditions for multiple instruments in market analyzer.

I read :

and when i tried the following:

Multi-select is supported in the Instrument window:

•To select a consecutive instruments, click the first instrument, press and hold down the Shift key, and then click the last instrument.

•To select non-consecutive instruments, press and hold down the Ctrl key, and then click each instrument that you want to select.

It just doesn't allow me to have multiple instruments selected; Selection just goes for 1 row at a time. I tried both methods and different variations also of Rshift Lshift etc..

NT version 8.1.1.7 64-bit

Thank you for posting.

When using the filter option within the Market Analyzer this will apply to all instruments and there is not an option to apply the filter to only specific instruments within the window. If you have specific filters for each group of instruments you can create multiple Market Analyzer windows then apply the desired filter to each window.

Apologies for late reply.

I was asking about this:



And for me above explanation doesn't work when trying to select multiple instruments for Cell conditions.

Selection just goes for 1 row at a time, not working as in example above from NT help.

I would like to know if its just for me, or everyone else.

Thank you for your response and for your detailed explanation.

In testing, it does appear that the multi select is not working as expected for me either. I will be reporting this to our Developers so that it can be corrected in a future release of the platform.
