Chart data missing for 47 minute span today

All charts are missing data from 11:40am to 12:27pm Central Time on Oct 19 2023 on my desktop app. After restarting and reloading historical data, it is still not there.

just lost 50min of data in one chart only, then I restarted and lost in every chart I have, NQ.

Thank you for the post.

We were aware of a historical data server issue that was occurring this morning for a short period of time and our Development team has been working to resolve it with CQG. They have confirmed that the issue has since been resolved; you should only need to restart the platform and reconnect, and reload all historical data to enable the changes.
